The Southern Connecticut State University women’s swimming and diving team is bringing another trophy back to New Haven.
The Owls captured their sixth straight Northeast-10 Conference Championship — and 18th overall — on Feb. 15 in Worcester, Mass., finishing with 957.5 points and 20 total medals. Thirteen different student-athletes reached the podium over four days, highlighting the depth that has defined this run.
Junior Molly Kennedy was named NE10 Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Meet for the second consecutive year. She collected seven medals (six gold, one silver) and broke the NE10 Championship record in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 50.52.

Jasmine Uricchio won gold in the 500-yard freestyle and 200-yard butterfly, while Emma St. Hilaire captured gold in the 400-yard individual medley.
