For the second time in program history, both the Southern Connecticut State University men’s and women’s cross country teams captured Northeast-10 Conference Championships in the same season, securing a dominant sweep at the 2025 NE10 Championships in Manchester, N.H.
The women’s team won its second NE10 title in program history, building on previous success and showcasing strong depth and consistency across the roster.
The men’s team continued its conference dominance by winning its fourth-straight NE10 Championship, further cementing Southern as one of the premier distance-running programs in Division II.
Up next, both programs advance to the NCAA Division II East Regional Championships on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Hopkinton Fairgrounds in Contoocook, N.H. The men’s team will look to defend its 2024 regional title, while the women enter the postseason with momentum and championship experience.
