Southern Connecticut State University’s men’s and women’s outdoor track & field programs soared to victory at the 2025 Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championships, capturing both titles and cementing their place as one of the most dominant programs in NE10 history.
The women’s team claimed their second consecutive NE-10 Outdoor Championship — and seventh overall — with a commanding 246 points, while the men extended their historic streak with a ninth straight title, their 21st overall, racking up 268.5 points.
With the sweep, Southern once again accomplished what no other institution has done: winning both men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor championships in the same academic year. It’s the fifth time in NE-10 history this feat has been achieved — and Southern has done it all five times.
