The Southern Connecticut State University women’s track & field 2015 4×400 relay team comprised of Crystle Hill, Georgette Nixon, Sarah Hill, and Shatajah Wattely has been selected to be inducted into the Northeast 10 Conference Hall of Fame, as announced by the NE10 on Monday, June. 28, 2021.

“Wow! This is an absolute honor to be awarded the chance to be in the NE-10 Hall Of Fame!” Nixon said. “Track & Field has been a blessing. It has changed my life and those around me. It has provided opportunities when there was just inspiration and determination. The thing I’ve learned along this incredible journey is that hard work truly pays off and having faith goes a long way. I’m grateful for this journey that Crystle, Shatajah, Sarah, and I have been blessed to be on. Once an Alpha Owl, ALWAYS an Alpha Owl. Forever grateful!”
